DOROT Introduces Frozen Garlic and Herbs
Israeli-based Dorot Foods has introduced frozen garlic and herbs to the U.S. market. Dorot’s line of individual trays offer convenient portions of crushed garlic, ginger, parsley, basil and cilantro. They contain no preservatives or artificial coloring. Dorot frozen garlic and herbs come in small trays holding 20 cubes. The trays can be stacked in the freezer and stored for up to two years. Each garlic cube equals one clove of garlic and each herb cube equals one teaspoon. $1.99 per tray. Dorot frozen garlic and herbs are available at Trader Joe’s
