I assure you, as a mom of a young baby, this gadget is beyond useless. The one we got as a baby shower gift was used for maybe 13 hours. Programming when stuff gets done impedes on valuable seconds of sleep. All you need is a safety pin on your bra to remind you which side you fed the baby from last and a stock of snacks for mom & dad. I assure you, no one is going to forget to change or burp the baby.
You must be kidding. I am a working Mom (gasp!) and I knew my babies well enough to tell what their cries meant and even when they were wet (what exactly is wrong with *checking* if they're wet and what good is a timer in that situation?!). So a stay at home mom devoted to her kids' welfare should rely on a machine to do it for her? And while I'm on it, I might mention that I can also keep track of time outs without paying $25 for an electric alarm to help my kids sit down. Enough with the useless and expensive devices and more with actually paying attention to the kids.
