Argentian Beef Kabobs with Chimichurri Sauce
Beef Kabobs Ingredients:
- 3 ½ Pounds Beef Tenderloin (trimmed of fat and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes and skewered)
- Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Directions:
- Place meat onto skewers and lightly salt and pepper.
- Preheat BBQ on medium heat or oven to 375′ and Cook for 15-18 minutes for medium rare, turning every five minutes.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with chimmi sauce and serve.
Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2/3 Cup Minced Shallot
- 2/3 Cup Minced Fresh parsley
- 2 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Basil
- 2 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Thyme
- 2 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and leave at room temp for two hours.
