- 3 Packs Gelatin (unflavored)
- 1 Cup Cold Water (Divided)
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 garlic cloves, minced and divided
- 1 tablespoon minced rosemary
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan, plus more for topping
- salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:
- 1 Sugar Pumpkin
- 2 Carrots
- Olive Oil
- Brown Sugar
- Curry Powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 5 Cloves of Garlic (Finely Chopped)
- 700 ml Chicken Stock
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 4 Tablespoon Orange Juice

- 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 3/4 Cup Libby’s Canned “Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix”
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 12 oz Cream Cheese
- Dash of Salt
