THE WIFE’s new favorite find at Whole Foods is Chao Vegan Cheese Slices. Yes, we know what your thinking… Vegan… Eeekk!… but trust us, these are super tasty and delicious! Chao Slices are the newest product from The Field Roast Grain Meat Co. Bringing new culinary fusions together, they partnered with Greek cheese maker, a family in Taiwan and brought it all together in Seattle to create this marvelous cheese.
Believe it or not, this trio of rich and creamy non-dairy cheese is made from coconut.
