- First create a guest list so you can get an idea of how many people you’ll be cooking for. Next send out invitations and find out about any guest food allergies.

- Once you have a headcount for dinner, you’ll know the quantity of food you’ll need, can put together a menu, begin finding the recipes you want to use and make a master grocery list.

So when THE WIFE™ recently discovered Big Spoon Roasters Handcrafted Chai Spice Nut Butter our eyes lit up. Their Chai Spice mixture is a traditional Masala Chai blend of cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and black pepper, which they slowly mix with fresh-roasted, freshly milled peanuts and almonds before adding local wildflower honey and sea salt to create a bright, complex burst of flavor in every spoonful.
