The ultimate WIFE event to attend during summer in England is The Henley Royal Regatta. This annual event is best known for being one of the highlights of the summer sporting calendar and the London social scene. Each year attracting thousands of visitors over a 5 day period in the first week in July.
The scene is set on the River Thames where spectators enjoy an afternoon of rowing races, while drinking champagne and nibbling on strawberries and cream. I was lucky enough to be invited to the China White enclosure for a day of lunching, high tea, watching Harvard take home The Visitors Cup Challenge and a dance party to celebrate.
